Q: Can you provide service staff?
In-conjunction with the provision of us supplying our food and beverage, we do offer packages with this service offering at an additional charge. Please inquire.
Q: Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
Through experience we have dealt many dietary requirements. Please do not hesitate to inform us of those and we will advise on how we can help. We are a scratch kitchen so we have the ability to fulfill most of your dietary requirements.
Q: Do you charge a delivery fee?
Possibly a delivery charge will be added to the invoice, dependent upon the location, quantity and complexity. This will be discussed and you will be advised in the first instance.
Q: Do you do deliveries on the weekend?
Yes we do deliveries out of regular business hours and on weekends.
Q: How do I pay and what are your payment terms?
Dependent upon the type of catering request a deposit may be required to secure the booking. The payment terms generally are full payment seven (7) days prior to the event. For more detail please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Q: How is the food presented on delivery?
If it is a drop-off service it will be prersented on plastic platters unless negotiated otherwise. Buffet drop-off will be delivered upon the specific requirements. Staffed events, food will be prepared and served accordingly on-site. Your specific requirements will need to be discussed.
Q: Is there a minimum requirement on numbers?
Yes there are minimum number requirements which will not incur a surcharge. Numbers below these requirements may attract a surcharge, please call to discuss.
Q: What if I want to change or cancel my order?
Where possible we will work in with the client to avoid a cancellation fee. However, if production has already begun, a cancellation fee will apply.
Q: What is the latest I can place my order?
It is preferable that orders be placed seventy-two (72) hours prior. However, we understand that sometimes things happen and last minute orders can be discussed. We are always willing to try and assist.
